Graham Blyth – Partner

Graham joined our firm in January 2016 from an Edinburgh firm and heads our Conveyancing Department.

John Dickie – Partner

John started his career as a solicitor in Edinburgh, specialising in civil litigation in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Since joining the firm in 1984, he has continued to practise as a Court lawyer, and heads the firm’s litigation department.

Catriona Macdonald – Partner

Catriona joined us in 2008 and practises as a Court lawyer, advising on a wide range of legal issues, particularly on family law issues, including separation, divorce, cohabitation issues and child related matters, including adoptions. She also assists with debt recovery matters and applications under the Adults with Incapacity Act (Scotland) 2000.

Manus McMonagle – Consultant

Manus, the firm’s former senior partner, and a well kent face around Falkirk, still provides a valuable service to the firm, now assisting clients mainly with Will preparation and Powers of Attorney.

Melissa Baptista – Solicitor

Melissa joined our firm in December 2024 as a Solicitor. She works alongside Graham Blyth in our Conveyancing Department and also assists in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and in Executries.
