We offer a complete service in all aspects of house purchase, right from the stage of noting your interest with the seller through to submitting an offer, obtaining Home Buyers reports, providing you with a report on the title conditions, transferring the title, liaising with your mortgage lender, paying any Stamp Duty Land Tax and registering your title with the Land Register.
We are fully equipped to operate the Land Register electronic ARTL scheme which allows the process to be completed on line.
We do not normally provide estate agency or mortgage advice but can refer you to specialists who do.
For house sales we can arrange a Home Buyers Report or Energy Performance Certificate and, once an Offer has been received, complete the whole transaction and repay your mortgage.
We also carry out re-mortgages, and equity release mortgages.
